Amy Staggs joined Starkey HearCare in 2018 as a Regional Administrative Manager. In July of 2020 I was promoted to Regional Manager of South Florida. Connecting people back to their world is a passion of mine as I love seeing the smiles on patients faces when they are able to hear their spouses again. I enjoy helping our employees provide exceptional customer service, teaching and guiding them to help save hearing lives.

In 2020 I have begun schooling to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist to perfect my craft and personally reconnect more people to their worlds. I look forward to meeting you in our offices!

In my free time I love spending time on the soccer fields with my two boys and traveling the state of Florida visiting new state parks and amusement parks.

Hearing Aid Specialist

Rodrigo was born in Mexico but grew up just outside of Cleveland, Ohio. His wife had been struggling with pulsating tinnitus and severe cases of vertigo for some time prior to his interest in the hearing healthcare field. By sharing in her experience of on-going medical testing, trial and error experimentation and medication management, and seeking answers right alongside her, he came to know just how fascinating, yet complicated, the gift of hearing is. As a professional in this industry, Rodrigo finds it rewarding to individualize each patient’s hearing aid to best suit their needs and lifestyle. With a keen attention to detail and a purpose to make a difference in the lives of others, he is looking forward to new and exciting challenges to come; “I have to feel passionate about what I do professionally, and I can say hearing is that passion.”

As a native Spanish speaker, Rodrigo looks forward to your visit in English or Spanish, alike.

I have been in the hearing industry for 3 years now and couldn’t be happier with where I am. I started with All American Hearing in March of 2018. I have been in the marketing field for 10+ years, management for the past 2 years. I enjoy helping our patient care coordinators provide exceptional customer service, teaching and guiding them to help save hearing lives.

I have been fortunate to see patients’ lives change when they are reconnected with friends and family members through the gift of hearing. I am passionate and excited about what the future holds in the hearing industry. We change lives every day by reconnecting people to their worlds, and it’s such an incredible journey to be a part of.

My free time, as a parent, is spent on soccer fields, basketball courts, and swimming pools with my two boys. Mason and Maddox.

I was born and raised in Fort Myers, FL and grew up with our family-owned and -operated “Harts Dairy” for over 55 years (both home and wholesale milk delivery). I graduated from Fort Myers High School and was married for 40 years. I lost my husband to cancer in 2015. I am a mother of four and Nana of seven.

I was in banking for 33 years and spent the last few years learning the hearing aid business. Although I enjoy working and serving those that seek our help with their hearing loss, I feel I can relate as I wear hearing aids myself.

Weekends are for my family and friends, and I also enjoy craft projects.
